Terms and Condtions for Adamieva.info

The titles and the text in the ads must be in Bulgarian (Cyrillic). They are allowed to be in other language only if a description in Bulgarian is available.
The title should accurately describe the content of the ad.
The ads must describe in details the offered product or service. The publication of false and/or misleading information and photos is not allowed. Publication of texts on various topics, not related to specific goods ands services, is forbidden as well.
The use of obscene, offensive language and personal qualifications is forbidden. Publication of foreign pictures and personal data with the intention to harm the image and dignity of other persons is not allowed.
Offering procuts and services, which are against the law, is forbidden.
The ads must be published in the most appropriate category and area.
The publication of any contact inforamtion in the title is prohibited. This includes phone number, web addresses, Skype and others.
Posting web addresses and links in the titles, photos and in the content of the ads for advertising purposes is not allowed. Direct advertising of similar sites is prohibited.
The publication of the same ad more tha once, in several sections and areas is not allowed.
Publication of ads on phones with added value(impulse) under different section than "Phone sex" is forbidden. Such ads will be removed.
Posting photos with pornographic content are forbidden. Ads with such photos will be removed without any warning.
Posting photos of other people, photos downloaded from internet or with watermark are forbidden. This photos will be deleted. It is allowed to post only original photos downloaded directly from the camera or the phone.
Posting the same comment repeatedly under one or more ads(flooding) is not allowed. These comments will be removed at the discretion of a moderator without further notice. A second violation will lead to limited access for the authors in the comments section.

The ads are published for a period of three months. They are automatically archived in the user's profile if they are not updated during the period. Each updated extends the period to the initial six months. The users can archive his ads by themselves.
Archived ads can be re-activated by the user at any time withing three months after they have been archived by pressing the button "Activate" or "Edit" in the ad. If they are not activated in this period, the ads are being automatically deleted.
Cancelled ads are stopped due to violation of the rules. If they are not edited by the users and subsequently approved, the ads are being automatically deleted in 28 days.
Every profile can upload up to 5 free ads. There are no limits for paid ads. For each paid ad (VIP, TOP or Premium), users can add one more additional free ad. The contact data in the free ads are available only for users with full access.
Ads that are stopped after legitimate complaint are kept for 28 days and then automatically deleted. During this period the customer cannot activate/edit/delete the ad.
VIP ads are published with a 5 days duration.
During this period the user is entitled to 1 edit and move ups of the ad to the top of the list of ads. Each edit and move up after the third will lead to shortening the VIP period by 18 hours.
Editing the ad without moving it up is unlimited and free service.
TOP ads are published with a 24 hours duration. During this period users have right of 1 free move ups of the ad to the top of the list. Each next moving up is paid. TOP ads are occupying the first four positions of each page, right after the Premium ad. Editing without moving up is unlimited and free service.
Premium ads are published with a 24 hours duration. During this period they are occupying the first position on the main page and the first position on each page of the category. Each Premium ad is automatically updated and is shown on a rotational basis, evenly on the first position of the site.
Publishing ads in category "Phone Sex" is paid service with VIP status.
The prices of all types of paid ads are published on the site.
Users are entitled to edit and move up to the top of the list a regular ad only once per day. Each user with an active paid ad has the right to make 1 additional edit and move ups on their regular ads. For each paid ad 1 additional adjustments are permitted.
Editing without moving up the ad is unlimited and free service.
For ad to be activated it is necessary to be paid with SMS for promo option - VIP. The phone used to promote the first ad can not have been already used for other profile. Every next ad can be free until reaching the limit.

* The site contains adult materials and the access for persons under the age of 18 is forbidden. Adamieva.info is not responsible for the published ads on the site and is not responsible for any material or moral damaged caused to its users.

* The site administrators have the right to remove or move ads without further warning, when the ads are violating the rules or a reasonable complaint against them is lodged, and they can take measures against the publishers. Promoting the ad DOES NOT guarantee showing it in the website. In the case of gross and recurring violations, the user's profile may be blocked and its ability for future publications restricted.

* Ads in adamieva.info are published immediately or awaits an approval from a moderator/administrator to become active.
